Il nostro ristorante è sicuramente un punto di riferimento per chi ama ricercare i sapori del territorio. La nostra cucina si basa sulla stagionalità e sulla genuinità dei piatti tipici toscani. Trovandoci però in territorio di confine con Umbria, Marche ed Emilia Romagna i nostri piatti vengono arricchiti dalle tradizioni di queste tre meravigliose regioni. Our restaurant is certainly a point of reference for those who love to seek out the flavors of the area. Our cuisine is based on the seasonality and authenticity of typical Tuscan dishes. However, being in the border area with Umbria, Marche and Emilia Romagna, our dishes are enriched by the traditions of these three wonderful regions. Letting yourself be advised, you can discover the particular flavors of this area, and accompany them with a bottle of wine from our well-stocked cellar.
