Proponiamo piatti realizzati secondo ricette tramandate di generazione in generazione, che secondo noi costituiscono un patrimonio da tutelare, preservare e promuovere. Fondamentale è l’utilizzo materie prime di qualità provenienti dal territorio che rafforza ulteriormente il concetto di tipicità e tradizione che ci impegniamo a diffondere con la nostra cucina.
We use recipes which have been handed down from generation to generation to make our dishes and we feel they are part of a heritage that should be protected, preserved and promoted. The use of quality, local raw materials is fundamental and this further strengthens the concept of things typical to our region and its traditions that we want to reflect in our cuisine.
