Dal desiderio di valorizzare un cibo antico e povero, come il tortello alla lastra, nasce la nostra cooperativa di comunità. Aggregando e promovendo la ricchezza del territorio, sia come prodotti che come attività culturali e turistiche, vogliamo creare sviluppo ed occupazione per il benessere della comunità.
Our community co-operative originated from the desire to enhance ancient and basic food items, such as the “tortello alla lastra”. By grouping together and promoting the riches of the territory, either as products or as cultural and tourist activities, we want to create development and employment for the well-being of the local community and those who visit as well.

I nostri prodotti sono semplici e tradizionali, abbiamo iniziato consolidando la filiera del tortello alla lastra, tipico di Corezzo un piccolo borgo nel cuore del Casentino, suggestiva valle percorsa per secoli da pellegrini in viaggio verso Roma. Da qui il nome Vallesanta, che raccoglie aziende e operatori che sanno valorizzare al meglio le particolarità e le ricchezze del nostro territorio.
Our products are simple and traditional. We started by consolidating the supply chain of the tortello alla lastra, this product is typical of Corezzo, a small village in the heart of Casentino, an impressive valley that has been crossed for centuries by pilgrims on their way to Rome, hence the name Vallesanta.
